Ask the useful questions.
We look at the people, the existing setup and the friction. Together, we agree what success means and which problems deserve attention first.
The studio / Independent by choice
A considered way
to make a difference.
Dlyra is an independent design and engineering studio based in South Africa. We bring creative direction and the technical work into one conversation.
We like clear questions, purposeful experiments and details that stand up to daily use. A project should leave you with a better experience and a clearer understanding of what you own.
01 / Working together
Small steps.
Visible progress.
Show the work early.
Review a direction, then build in manageable pieces. Real content and real journeys guide the decisions, with a clear scope for changes.
Leave it in good hands.
Test the agreed journeys, plan the deployment and document the important decisions. Confirm ownership, access and ongoing care before handover.
02 / What you can expect
Clarity over theatre.
Plain language, honest trade-offs and visible costs. No invented results or promises of perfect security.
Your tools, considered.
We assess what is worth keeping before proposing a replacement. Supported connections and clear data ownership come first.
Care beyond the launch.
Agree who handles updates, backups, monitoring and changes. A website should stay useful after the launch-day screenshots.
